History of Valentine Cards

Hi,

Have you ever wondered about the history of Valentine Cards?  When were they first printed and what were they like? For a fun walk through history, read the excerpt below and click on the link.

– Stand-up cards with a base and several three-dimensional fold-out layers were popular from about 1895 until 1915, as were honeycomb paper puffs which opened to form bells, fans, balls, hearts and other shapes. Click here to read the article and view the old Valentines.
