Have you ever wondered what an agent or editor’s life is like? Rachelle Gardner over at Books and Such recently wrote an article describing how she gets more ‘reading’ done. Literary agents keep busy schedules. I loved her tips on accomplishing more.

We’ve got to find the time to read something besides manuscripts. Otherwise, how will we be savvy, up-to-date, on-top-of-things agents? How will we know what’s going on in publishing if we aren’t actually reading published books? We MUST read. It’s quite a conundrum, trying to find the time, trying to justify reading anything besides those stacks of manuscripts. Click here to read more.
